Structure: These are the service-specific terms for Mockee. They apply together with the Stellup Co., Ltd. Terms of Use (company-wide). Where these Terms are more specific, they prevail for Mockee. These Terms are provided in Korean and English. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails. Published at: https://mockee.hangling.kr/terms.html

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
① The Company posts these Terms in the Service and at the address above.
② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law. The Company announces the effective date and the reasons in the Service from 7 days before the effective date. Changes unfavorable to members are announced from 30 days before and also notified by email or similar means.
③ If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may stop using the Service and withdraw. If you keep using the Service without objecting within the period stated in the notice, you are deemed to agree to the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Formation of the Agreement)
① The agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms on the sign-in / sign-up screen (including proceeding with sign-up or sign-in after the notice "By continuing, you agree to the Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy") and the Company accepts.
② The Company may refuse an application, or later terminate the agreement, if:
- the applicant used another person's information or entered false information;
- the applicant is under 14; or
- the applicant's use was previously restricted for violating these Terms.
Article 5 (Account Management)
① Members must enter accurate information when signing up and setting up their profile (email, name, nationality, interview profile, etc.). Nationality and the interview profile are used for AI evaluation and question tailoring.
② Members manage their own account (email and password, or Google account) and may not let others use it or transfer it.
③ If you learn that your account has been used by someone else, notify the Company immediately.
Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company processes members' personal information in accordance with applicable law and the Mockee Privacy Policy. Collection, use, outsourcing, transfers abroad and retention of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (The Service)
① The Company provides:
- Korean mock interviews tailored to an industry, job function and company (questions read aloud, including follow-up questions);
- speech-to-text conversion of your answers, AI evaluation and result reports (including translation, PDF download and share links);
- a question bank and study / repeated practice features;
- organization features (such as viewing members' progress); and
- other features the Company determines.
② The Service is used in a desktop web browser (shared results can also be viewed on mobile). Mock interviews need microphone permission; without it, those features cannot be used.
③ The Company may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Changes that matter to members are announced in advance.
Article 8 (Credits and Paid Services)
① Some features, such as mock interviews, require credits. The credits used per feature and package prices are shown in the Service. A mock interview uses credits when its result is saved; interviews you stop midway are not charged.
② A credit purchase starts with a purchase request in the Service (you enter your phone number). The Company reviews the request, contacts you with payment instructions and grants the credits once payment is confirmed.
③ Withdrawal of purchase and refunds follow the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of Korea and other applicable law. You may withdraw the purchase of unused credits within 7 days from the day you receive them. Refund rules for partly used credits are given with the payment instructions.
④ Credits received free of charge (sign-up bonus, coupons, etc.) are not refundable.
⑤ The scope of use and settlement of organization services follow the contract between the Company and the organization.
Article 9 (Voice Recording and AI Features)
① The Service records your mock interview answers, converts the audio to text and evaluates it with AI. For this, your answers and interview information may be sent to external AI services. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
② AI evaluation and feedback are reference material to help you practice. Speech recognition and evaluation may contain errors, and they do not guarantee any hiring outcome or certify your language proficiency.
③ Do not say or enter content that infringes other people's personal information, secrets or rights in your answers.
Article 10 (Sharing Results)
① Each interview result has its own share address, which you can share from the result screen as a link or QR code. Anyone with the address can view the result (questions, answer text and evaluation) and play your recorded answers without signing in.
② Share links do not expire. To stop sharing, ask for the result to be deleted at the contact in the Privacy Policy.
③ You decide whether and with whom to share. The Company is not responsible for consequences of a link you made public, unless the Company is at fault.
Article 11 (Organization Service)
① You can join an organization by entering the organization code it gave you on your profile screen. What members of an organization can use follows the contract between the Company and the organization and the Service settings.
② Organization administrators can view their members' profile information, credit balance and interview results (including results from before joining and recorded answers), within the scope stated in Article 4 of the Privacy Policy.
③ To leave an organization, ask the Company.

② When you withdraw, your remaining credits are lost. Refunds for unused paid credits follow Article 8.
③ If a member violates Article 13, the Company may take necessary measures such as a warning, temporary suspension or termination of the agreement.
Article 16 (Intellectual Property)
① Rights to the Service and to content made by the Company (questions, evaluation criteria, screens, software, etc.) belong to the Company or the rightful owners.
② Rights to your answers remain with you. The Company uses them, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, to the extent needed to provide and improve the Service.
Article 17 (Disclaimer)
